The allocation made in this Memorandum of Understanding does not prevent the Joint Committee for Bilateral Funds from allocating additional funds to the programme.

3 concerns were recorded against this programme when it was agreed.

  • The programme shall address democracy and citizenship education and related topics.
  • The programme shall address inclusive education and contribute to the improvement of the situation of disadvantaged groups, including the Roma population.
  • The programme shall emphasise institutional cooperation and capacity building.

No projects have been signed under this programme. That is a real state rather than a gap in the data: bilateral funds and newly agreed programmes both sit here.
