Conditions in the programme agreement

- A pre-defined project on crisis preparedness, societal resilience and rapid emergency response shall be explored in the concept note. The project shall include cooperation with partners from the Donor States and the grant from the programme shall be approximately €4,700,000.
- Approximately €3,200,000 shall be made available for the empowerment of civil society.
- Maximum €6,000,000 shall be made available for cooperation between the Estonian Ministry of Culture and the Norwegian Directorate of Cultural Heritage and Arts and Culture Norway on a pre-defined project to protect cultural heritage.
- The programme shall address challenges experienced as a result of the invasion of Ukraine.
