Bilateral cooperation results

The donor country partner has been actively engaged in the project, providing continuous participation and real-time feedback. They have contributed through various means such as work meetings, email exchanges, participation in public events, and sharing promotional materials. Their involvement was particularly notable in the development of the Good Practices Guide on Equality and Work-Life Balance. Additionally, they played a crucial role in organizing and contributing to the project's Final Seminar. The benchmarking mission to Norway, in particular, provided valuable insights into initiatives that promote more equitable and balanced work environments. This exchange of experiences has greatly enriched the project's team knowledge and improved local practices.
