<p>The primary objective of the project is to enhance CLAIRE’S EOOD's competitiveness and promote environmentally friendly production practices. This will be achieved through strategic investments in innovative equipment, specifically the Yankee cylinder for Production Machine 1. This investment will significantly boost the company's production capacity, enabling it to manufacture up to 20,000 tons annually. Furthermore, the introduction of this state-of-the-art equipment to Production Machine 1, coupled with the upgrades to Production Machine 2, will yield tangible benefits in terms of increased productivity and energy efficiency.</p> <p>The incorporation of a Yankee cylinder into Production Machine 1 will have a profound impact on the paper produced. It will result in the creation of higher grammage paper varieties, including MG, towel, and wrapping paper. This upgrade, in conjunction with the improvements to Production Machine 2, will yield a synergy that greatly enhances energy efficiency and bolsters CLAIRE’S EOOD's competitiveness. Moreover, it will pave the way for the introduction of new products, such as heavyweight towels and MG packing paper, to the market.</p> <p>Production Machine 2's role is to further enhance operational efficiency by incorporating a suction press roll and improving the quality of paper production while simultaneously conserving energy. The combined operation of both machines will generate additional synergies, leading to reduced energy and labor costs per ton of paper. This comprehensive approach not only contributes to cost reduction but also ensures the long-term sustainability of the business.</p> <p>The overarching goal of this project is to enhance CLAIRE’S EOOD's competitiveness, strengthen its position within the country, and drive increased sales and profits. Simultaneously, the company aims to cultivate a more efficient and sustainable business model, including expanding its sales channels internationally.</p>
