<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-family: "Verdana", sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">VIS Promotex is a textile production company, one of the leading manufacturers of promotional and technical textile products in Europe. Its main product is promotional parasol and company produces all parts of the parasol. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-family: "Verdana", sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">It uses synthetic yarn imported from China as its basic raw material, which is subject to a complex process of inter-related stages of yarn opening, spinning, weaving, whitening, coating and printing, to get the desired quality of a final product. However, large part of raw material ends up as waste, causing additional cost to VIS Promotex, and has negative footprint on the environment. Therefore, Vis Promotex’ intention is to start recycling the waste generated in the production, so it can be reused in the production. </span></span></span></span></span><span style="font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-family: "Verdana", sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">This investment project is about purchasing the equipment, necessary for carrying out waste recycling.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-family: "Verdana", sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">Implementation of project will have significant positive impact on company’s business (lower production cost, increased market share).
