Bilateral cooperation results

The project was proposed as a predefined application within the Memorandum of Understanding and was designed to continue the international cooperation through the partnership created in the previous LAKI I and LAKI II projects, financed by the FM SEE 2004-2009 and the FM SEE 2009-2014. The project partners contributed significantly to the training and the transfer of specialist knowledge to the project planning, the elaboration of the technical specifications necessary for the acquisition of the digital land and surface model creation services, to the evaluation process, as well as to the drafting of the technical requirements for the data storage and distribution solution. Based on the experience of the partners, one of the most important lessons learned was that regarding the quality control and verification of the supplied products, for the correctness and efficiency of the verification flow of the technical deliverables. The use of good quality control procedures ensures the technical capacity of NACLR to provide the services at a quality level necessary for the results to meet technical specifications in accordance with European and international practice and standards.
