Bilateral cooperation results
The Norwegian experiences influenced the work culture of the Polish partner and enhanced contextual and psychoeducational awareness in the implementation of project tasks. Throughout the project implementation, the team also benefited from the Norwegian partner's experiences related to working with youth in the spirit of inclusive and participatory education. The project meetings in Oslo were particularly valuable in this regard, providing the opportunity to learn about education in Norway. Collaborating on joint project activities was a fascinating experience for the consortium members. For the team members of the Agere Aude Foundation for Knowledge and Social Dialogue, it was also their first encounter with the Norwegian cultural education system. Members of the Polish foundation team expanded and strengthened their language skills and gained experience related to working in an international environment. The two-year implementation of joint activities has led to an improvement in knowledge and understanding of various perspectives on youth education. Further collaboration is planned for the implementation of subsequent projects and initiatives. The project has contributed to reducing economic and social disparities within the European Economic Area and strengthening bilateral relations between Poland and Norway.
