Bilateral cooperation results
INTBAU Norway (in Norwegian: INTBAU Norge) exists to bring together practitioners, academics, community leaders and general supporters in order to promote the values of traditional architecture and design, and to find solutions for challenges concerning the built environment. The implementation of the project with a foreign partner can be consolidated and expanded. The project was also a risk for the Jawor communes to combine cooperation and international cooperation. INTBAU will increase knowledge in the field of advanced solutions for adapting to technical changes, available in the field of buildings and greenery in public spaces, as well as communication in English, which is the possibility of using languages. Main joint activities with the Partner: organization of two international conferences with the participation of the Norwegian Partner, Intbau Norway and Intbau Polska. Very good, high-level presentations prepared by the partners. The presentations concerned modern solutions in passive construction, buildings and renovation in public space. Partners showed their projects, which are very innovative. Employees of the office in Jawor received a large dose of knowledge about biodiversity in cities and methods of rainwater recovery. Bilateral cooperation would aim to strengthen bilateral relations between the Jawor commune and Partner Intbau Norway. Cooperation could be based on existing contacts and involve the exchange, sharing and transfer of knowledge, technology, experience and best practices in the field of adaptation to climate change. Within the thematic areas of Adaptation to climate change, additional activities would be possible: e.g. international training on topics of common interest, exchange of experts, study trip and visit to Norway. The Jawor commune would be interested in this. All this can be achieved in the next 3 years.
