Good practices will be facilities through trainings, workshops and meetings with the Norwegian partner - International Development Norway.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p>
Bilateral cooperation results
The training trip to the city of Oslo was conducted in the period 10.03.2024 - 14.03.2024, with a total of 20 employees from the four Bulgarian municipalities being seconded, as follows: from the Municipality of Blagoevgrad - 10 people, from the Municipality of Simitli - 4 people, from the Municipality Boboshevo - 3 people, from Kocherinovo Municipality - 3 people. During the visit were visited: - A local school built entirely from natural materials, which is one of the first energy positive buildings in Norway. - A park where waste sorting, recycling and reuse are combined in the same area. There are workshops on site where reusable waste is repaired, its performance improved and then re-marketed through a chain of stores specializing in the sale of only such products. The exchange was entirely organized by the Norwegian partner according to a pre-agreed programme. The municipal experts gained valuable knowledge regarding the fight against climate change and learned about good practices implemented in Norway to address climate challenges.
