Bilateral cooperation results
The participation of institution from the Donor States, enabled us to take advantage of the most modern and best educational practices in the field of future competence education, which we could then implement in the implementation of our results of intellectual work. Developing them without the participation of a partner organization could have resulted in their lower quality or the omission of aspects that are already in place in the Norwegian education system. IDN implements projects related to innovation development, green technologies, digital transformation of regions and companies (with a strong focus on inclusive development through knowledge transfer and dissemination); therefore, by including this organization in the project, we had access to materials developed by its experts and the sources they use in their daily work. In addition, we raised the competence of our staff due to the possibility of exchanging knowledge and mutual monitoring of the quality of the proposed and developed results. We plan to continue bilateral cooperation not only through the implementation of projects, but also through constant contact especially from the experts of both our organizations.
