About this project

<p>The project includes<br> 1 - Analysis of digital tools, mapping of needs and processes in the organization, introduction of solution options and integration of other applications and employee training, communication solutions in the team.<br> 2 - Professional course OBS studio - application for creation, stream and post-production of professional webinars<br> 3 - Project management course and project management application<br> 4 - Tabidoo CRM system for fundraising<br> <br> The project is intended for all team members. They will be provided with training on new applications and processes. New applications and uniform procedures will make it easier for the team to collaborate and communicate. Management will benefit from project management applications and training. The fundraiser will use the new Tabidoo application to establish cooperation with individual donors.<br> Webinars participants will also benefit from the project, they will receive quality content with quality and professional execution. Post-production editing of webinars (OBS studio) will enable their use even offline.<br> The streamlining of work processes and the tools provided will bring greater professionalism and credibility to the patient organization in the long term.<br> &nbsp;</p>
