About this project

<p>The aim of the project is to improve and streamline the management of projects and other activities of the organization and fundraising.We implement up to 20 projects in six different services, during the year. In order to be able to provide services in a high-quality and continuous manner, it is necessary to manage projects efficiently and also to secure them financially. These activities place great demands on the organization's management and service managers. We want to use the possibilities of digital services for more efficient work management and fundraising and PR implementation. People in management positions and in operations will be able to pay more attention to improving direct work with clients, caring for human resources or further development of the organization.</p>
