<p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">Anilox operates in the field of prepress and production of rollers for flexible packaging printing and decorative industry. It is located in Zminj, Central Istria. </span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">Company’s main activities are as follows:</span></span></span></p> <ul> <li style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">Prepress as a part of the production process preceding the roller production</span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">Production of rollers for flexible packaging printing as a product containing gravures of the designs created within the prepress phase.</span></span></span></li> </ul> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">With this project, Anilox is investing into the set of equipment, while direct laser engraving system for Gravure cylinders production is the main investment. </span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">The investment will enable increase of production capacity. Procurement of green technology/equipment and its implementation within the new production process will allow the Company to produce rollers that are significantly improved compared to the old ones, and will allow for reduced ink consumption, reduced energy consumption needed for drying etc. The green equipment used in the production process will reduce the engraving time needed to produce one roller up to 8x and significantly reduce raw material consumption since the possibility of cylinder damaging will be reduced by at least 75%. </span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 11pt"><span style="font-family: Calibri, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">This will increase company’s competitiveness, and as a result, revenues and profitability, and will contribute to Company’s long term sustainability. &nbsp;</span></span></span></p>
