About this project

<p>The aim of the project is to update the education offer through the exchange of opinions and good practices between organizations with experience in the field of vocational education of youth and adults. Project activities are aimed primarily at teachers and youth workers, as they will be the direct beneficiaries of the project results. The need to implement the project results directly from the lack of flexibility of the education system in Poland in terms of adaptation to the dynamically changing labor market and the lack of a tool for using modern education methods in order to develop the competences of the future among young people. During the project implementation, the applicant will involve external experts and teachers as well as youth and adult workers to ensure maximum adaptation of the project results to the needs of the recipients. Based on the previous experience and the exchange of opinions and good practices between organizations, an interactive online platform will be created, thanks to which teachers and educators will be able to learn modern teaching methods and adapt a specific method to the audience and competences that will be currently taught and developed as part of the education path. . Thanks to this, the project will be a response to the needs of both teachers and educators, but also indirect recipients such as young people, adults striving to change the industry or professional development, and employers operating on the labor market. In addition, the project results will be fully scalable and available, which makes them sustainable. The applicant together with the partner and in cooperation with experts will also define the so-called competences of the future, which may soon become a factor determining the possibilities of professional development.</p>

Bilateral cooperation results

The project's cooperation with TERRAM PACIS, a Norwegian organization, has produced a number of important benefits and outcomes that are definitely worth highlighting: Exchange of experience - TERRAM PACIS, as an organization from Norway, brought its extensive experience and innovative approaches in education to the project. This allowed for the exchange of knowledge and practices, which enriched the implementation of the project and contributed to the development of the participants. New methods and tools - the cooperation enabled the learning and adaptation of new educational methods and tools, which is crucial for the continuous improvement of teaching and learning processes. Increased international cooperation - thanks to the partnership with TERRAM PACIS, the project took on an international character, which fostered the building of intercultural bridges and understanding of the global contexts of education. Main bilateral results: Strengthened relations - the partnership with TERRAM PACIS strengthened relations between the organizations and countries, laying the groundwork for long-term cooperation. Professional development - staff from both organizations had the opportunity for professional development through participation in trainings, workshops and other activities, which contributed to increasing their competencies. Increased awareness and understanding - cooperation with TERRAM PACIS has contributed to increased awareness and understanding of cultural differences and educational systems. Plan for continued cooperation: Given the positive experience of our partnership with TERRAM PACIS, we plan to continue our cooperation. We want to build on and deepen the existing relationship, while exploring new project opportunities that could further benefit both parties and contribute to education and intercultural understanding. Our goal is to use this solid foundation to create new projects that address today's educational and social challenges.
