The bilateral partner's involvement enabled the project to expand its scope, reach more beneficiaries, and achieve higher-impact outcomes. The partner contributed specialized knowledge and skills, enhancing the project's effectiveness and efficiency. The collaboration resulted in shared outputs such as co-developed tools, joint reports, and combined outreach efforts that amplified the project's impact.
