Bilateral cooperation results

Within the project, the Norwegian partner GS MiljoConsult Geir Saether assured: - the expertise and consultancy necessary for the project implementation; - transfer of „know-how”, facilitated the exchange of experience (study visits of the municipality of Cluj) However, as a representative of the private sector, the Norwegian partner has adapted with difficulty to the requirements of the public domain, and the central/local administration generates delay in the implementation of the project.
