Improved social dialogue for a better and more effective social partnership

About this project

<p>The project aimed at achieving a better and more effective social dialogue by strengthening the roles of the social partnership at all levels of the industry through training and capacity-building through a strong involvement of the Norwegian partner Industri Energi. The project promoter ECHOZ is a federation of trade unions from chemical and power engineering sector in Slovakia. At international level, it is associated to IndustrieAll Europe, IndustrieAll Global and EPSU.&nbsp;</p> <p>Key activities:&nbsp;</p> <ul> <li><strong>Initial conference</strong> - expected participation of 40 ECHOZ representatives involved in the project, representative of IE Norway, representatives of ZZES, project promoters</li> <li><strong>Four International discussion forums</strong> -&nbsp; participation of 15 ECHOZ representatives, 6 representatives from abroad (IE Norway, ECHO Czech Republic, Austria), representatives of ZZES, project promoters</li> <li>Organization of<strong> four training and workshops</strong> - a total of 4 activities -&nbsp; participation of 56 ECHOZ representatives, IE Norway representative, lecturers, ZZES representatives, project promoters</li> <li>Organising <strong>four information campaigns</strong>&nbsp;</li> <li><strong>Final international conference on project results</strong> - expected participation of 40 ECHOZ representatives,&nbsp; representative of IE Norway, representatives of ZZES, project promoters</li> </ul> <p><br> &nbsp;</p>
