Company experienced damage during Homeland War, and years were needed before production was restored to pre-war level. Kamen Sirač is a key exporter of dolomite lime produced from dolomite raw material to the steel industry in nearby countries. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif"><strong><span style="font-size: 9pt"><span style="font-family: &quot;Verdana&quot;, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">Project</span></span></span></strong><span style="font-size: 9pt"><span style="font-family: &quot;Verdana&quot;, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">:</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif"><span style="font-size: 9pt"><span style="font-family: &quot;Verdana&quot;, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">Stone aggregates for the construction industry are produced in a production process consisting of drilling, blasting, material transportation, crushing and sorting in different plants. Part of the material is not suitable for processing in a plant due to its physical and mechanical properties. Still, it is separated and disposed of in a landfill. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif"><span style="font-size: 9pt"><span style="font-family: &quot;Verdana&quot;, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">The landfill contains unsorted stone material and earth that has been accumulating at the landfill for years. In certain cases, it is suitable for use in the construction sector (water and transport infrastructure construction projects). </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif"><span style="font-size: 9pt"><span style="font-family: &quot;Verdana&quot;, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">The promoter cannot currently process unclassified stone material and soil from landfill, and in case of need for unclassified stone must go to new exploitation. This is inefficient, it requires using large amounts of resources, including fossil fuels. It affects an increase in CO2 emissions because new exploitation requires blasting. Also, each new exploitation consumes the quarry and reduces its useful life. </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif"><span style="font-size: 9pt"><span style="font-family: &quot;Verdana&quot;, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">This project is about investment into mobile scalpel and mobile impact crusher. New equipment will enable reuse of materials collected from the landfill in quarry. With assistance from IDN, greener production process will be created, additional marketable stone aggregate will be produced for construction industry (mainly in constructing roads, railways, and water supply infrastructure). </span></span></span></span></span></p> <p style="text-align: justify"><span style="font-size: 12pt"><span style="font-family: &quot;Times New Roman&quot;, serif"><span style="font-size: 9pt"><span style="font-family: &quot;Verdana&quot;, sans-serif"><span style="color: #000000">In addition to better utilization of natural resources and lower CO2 emissions, project will lead to increase of operational revenues/profit of Kamen and make it more competitive.</span></span></span></span></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
